A 7-week wheel throwing course to get you more comfortable on the wheel! This session will be focused on ‘throwing more’ and how to become consistent with your shapes and forms, throwing multiples using a throwing gauge, pulling handles, etc. Beginners are welcome, we will learn techniques of centering, opening and throwing. Come and challenge yourself! You will leave knowing more about the process of ceramics, wheel throwing and lots of functional work you will use everyday. Class fee includes unlimited Open Studio time (outside of class, workshop & private party times) and your first 25 pounds of clay and firing.
