$45.00

In this virtual workshop Mark Tarabula will be demonstrating how he uses slump molds to create abstract sculptural objects. We will discuss how to build and use slump molds to work intuitively with leather hard slabs and create one-of-a-kind works. See how he avoids repetitive studio practices by utilizing multiple parts from the extruder, the wheel, and slab molds. He will also demonstrate how he uses glazes nontraditionally to create large masses on each work. At 5:30, we will take a break and enjoy a Quarantine Cocktail together and have Q & A.
