Looking for great studio space? We have a limited number of private and shared studio spaces available for lease in our facility. Space is available on a short or long term basis. With a one year commitment, private studio space starts at $350 per month and shared space starts at $175 per month for a small space and $262.50 for a large space. For a more flexible month to month lease, the price per month is $25 more. Each studio has a window and is equipped with a utility sink & clay trap, climate control, lighting and wireless internet. A shared kitchenette/break space is located close by. All SCAC Artists must be Members.

open studio Space

In addition to our private and shared studio spaces we also offer Open Studio time in our classroom for individuals that have some experience and can work independently. OPEN STUDIO SPACE is purchased 7 days at a time for $70. You get seven days of full access (9am -9pm, except during classes) to our facilities and storage space on a shelf in the classroom. You schedule your own time and the days of use need not be consecutive. Clay and firings are extra and all Open Studio students must be Members.
